Delivery Locations
We deliver to the following locations:
- United Arab Emirates: All emirates within the UAE.
- International Delivery: Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and Saudi Arabia
Delivery Times

Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays, public holidays, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Costs
- UAE Deliveries: Free delivery for every orders.
- International Deliveries: For Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia flat rate of AED 50 applies for orders below this amount. (Over 500AED worth of order will be delivered without delivery fee)
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you can check tracking information through order status or shared tracking number. Use this order status to monitor your order’s status and estimated delivery date. If your order status is not updated with tracking details within 2 business days, please contact us.
Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with delivery, such as:
- Missed Deliveries: The courier will attempt redelivery or leave a contact card with instructions.
- Damaged Items: Please report damages to our customer support team within [48 hours] of receiving your order.
- Lost Packages: If your package does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, contact us for assistance.

Restrictions
- Deliveries cannot be made to P.O. boxes.
